Coastal Indigenous Garden
Located on 13th Beach Golf Course Estate this property has strict landscaping guidelines in order to maintain the fragile coastal environment. Indigenous native plantings to the area were used in the design as well as locally sourced hard landscape materials, Australian hardwood timber coastal fencing, local sandstone, and brush fencing to the new side fences for privacy. Using organic curves to soften the surrounds, we transformed this home with a new shaded entertaining and alfresco area, earth mound to hide the golf cart garage, a putting green for the avid golfer of the family and multiple recreation areas for use throughout the seasons.
