We assisted this client in transforming their garden from an overgrown, unused backyard into a beautiful low maintenance native garden with a naturalistic landscape design defining the multiple outdoor living areas for all the family to enjoy throughout the seasons.
We also helped transform the 1980’s architecture into a more modern home with exterior makeover, using updated materials and surfaces, a new paint scheme and hand picked furniture to suit the interior decor of their home to complete the styling.
We created a landscape master plan design, to help stage the garden renovation, and the brick house exterior makeover, using modern colours, soft textural and coloured plantings, a “no mow” lawn, hedges for interest and privacy, using Yarra Valley native plants.
We also created zoned family areas, a fire pit area with integrated retaining walls for seating, a modernised alfresco area, new leveled terraces, we resurfaced the lower concrete to refresh it and defined the covered alfresco and lounging area with plenty of room of the kids to use their imagination and for the adults to relax. Now this project is moving into the construction phase.
